ILF (also called ILF NF or the Othmer Method) is a specific form of neurofeedback training that targets ultra-slow brain frequencies (below 0.1 Hz), acting directly on the nervous system’s overall functioning.

What does a session look like?
Four to five sensors are gently placed on your scalp to measure brain activity.
You sit comfortably and watch an animation on screen.
The system adjusts the visual or auditory feedback in real time based on your brain activity.
The process is largely passive. We may briefly discuss how your nervous system is responding, or you can simply relax and let the session unfold.
ILF is non-invasive, painless, and suitable for a wide range of people. It respects the nervous system’s natural pace and is part of a gradual approach centred on stability and safety.
